And I get really bored with videos. Altho', to be fair, that's how I learned yoga. Six months with Rodney Yee yoga videos and I was actually prepared enough to do a real yoga class. Yoga is what I go back to when it does get too cold to bike (my cut-off is fifteen degrees with wind chill -- on a bike, that's zero degrees). I’ve never tried Tae Bo. I've been still just working my way up on the biking though too, so getting buffeted by the wind and cold will likely make me give up faster. I'll just wait for spring with my Tae Bo videos.
